Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines for predictive analytics and automation
- Leverage big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) to process terabytes of structured/unstructured data
- Translate business challenges into data science problems with measurable impact metrics
- Develop A/B testing frameworks and causal inference models to validate hypotheses
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Mentor junior data scientists and establish best practices for model deployment
- Present findings to C-level executives and stakeholders with clear business narratives
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in applied data science or analytics roles
- Expert proficiency in Python (scikit-learn, TensorFlow) and SQL
- Strong statistical foundation with experimental design experience
- Proven track record of deploying production ML models at scale
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization
