Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy advanced ML models for predictive analytics and business intelligence
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from hypothesis to production implementation
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions
- Design and optimize data pipelines using distributed computing frameworks
- Present findings to C-level executives through compelling data visualizations
- Mentor junior data scientists and drive best practices across the team
- Contribute to open-source projects and publish research in peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in applied data science and ML deployment
- Expertise in Python, R, SQL, and distributed computing (Spark/Hadoop)
- Strong portfolio of production-level ML models with measurable impact
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and MLOps tools
- Advanced statistical modeling and experimental design skills
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
