Qualifications
- 5+ years in data science with proven experience in fintech or SaaS
- Expertise in Python, SQL, and statistical modeling (scikit-learn, TensorFlow)
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and big data technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end data science projects
- Excellent communication skills translating technical concepts to business impact
