Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data science pipelines using Python, SQL, and cloud technologies (AWS/GCP)
- Develop predictive models and ML algorithms to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value
- Translate complex findings into executive-ready visualizations and strategic recommendations
- Lead A/B testing frameworks and causal inference studies to quantify business impact
- Mentor junior data scientists and champion data literacy initiatives across departments
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models into production environments
- Present insights to C-suite stakeholders and influence product roadmaps
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years of applied data science experience in tech or e-commerce
- Expert proficiency in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch) and SQL
- Proven track record of deploying production ML models at scale
- Strong statistical foundation with experience in experimental design
- Advanced visualization skills (Tableau, D3.js) and data storytelling
- Experience with cloud data warehousing (BigQuery, Redshift) and MLOps
