Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy advanced ML/DL models for predictive analytics and NLP applications
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from hypothesis to production deployment
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions using Python, SQL, and cloud technologies
- Mentor junior data scientists and foster a data-driven culture
- Optimize data pipelines and infrastructure for scalability and performance
- Present insights to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations and reports
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data science with proven ML/AI implementation
- Expertise in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks
- Strong statistical modeling and experimental design skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and MLOps tools
