Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy predictive models to optimize business KPIs and revenue streams
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from problem definition to stakeholder presentation
- Create robust ETL pipelines and data governance frameworks for enterprise-scale analytics
- Mentor junior data scientists and conduct peer reviews of analytical methodologies
- Translate technical findings into compelling visualizations and executive dashboards
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate ML solutions into core platforms
- Stay current with academic research and implement state-of-the-art techniques
Qualifications
- MSc/PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years of applied data science experience in commercial environments
- Expert proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex modeling and A/B testing projects
- Experience with MLOps tools and productionizing ML pipelines
- Deep understanding of statistical inference and experimental design
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published research or conference presentations preferred
