Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable machine learning models for predictive analytics and automation
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from hypothesis to production deployment
- Develop statistical frameworks for A/B testing and experimental design
- Create compelling data visualizations and executive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Mentor junior data scientists and foster collaborative data-driven culture
- Research and implement emerging techniques in NLP and computer vision
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years of experience in applied data science at tech companies
- Expert proficiency in Python (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow) and SQL
- Proven track record of deploying ML models at scale
- Strong statistical foundations and experimental design skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and MLOps
- Exceptional communication abilities for technical and non-technical stakeholders
