- Translate technical findings into compelling narratives for C-suite stakeholders
- Mentor junior data scientists and champion best practices in data engineering

Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive data science experience in tech or finance sectors
- Advanced proficiency in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch)
- Expertise in statistical modeling and experimental design
- Proven track record deploying production ML systems on cloud platforms
- Strong business acumen with experience translating analytics to ROI
- MS/PhD in quantitative field (Statistics, CS, Econometrics) or equivalent
