Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data science pipelines using Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Develop predictive models and statistical analyses to solve high-impact business problems
- Create compelling data visualizations and executive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy ML models at scale
- Mentor junior data scientists and foster data-driven decision-making culture
- Translate technical findings into actionable business recommendations
- Lead A/B testing frameworks and experimental design
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in applied data science and analytics
- Expert proficiency in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch)
- Strong statistical modeling and experimental design skills
- Experience with large-scale data processing (Spark, Hadoop)
- Proven track record of translating data into business impact
- Excellent communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Experience with MLOps and model deployment best practices
