Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy production-level machine learning models using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to validate hypotheses and optimize business metrics
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from problem definition to stakeholder presentation
- Create compelling data visualizations and executive dashboards using Tableau and D3.js
- Mentor junior data scientists and establish best practices for model governance
- Research and integrate emerging technologies like NLP and reinforcement learning
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years of professional data science experience with proven portfolio of ML deployments
- Expertise in statistical modeling, regression analysis, and experimental design
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn), and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Kafka)
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts for executive audiences
- Published research or patents in data science/ML preferred
