Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify new data-driven opportunities.
- Perform deep-dive analysis on large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and growth levers.
- Lead the end-to-end model lifecycle, from data ingestion and cleaning to production deployment and monitoring.
- Mentor junior data scientists and evangelize best practices in MLOps and statistical rigor.
- Communicate technical findings to C-suite stakeholders through intuitive data visualizations and reports.
- Maintain high code quality standards and documentation for reproducible research.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, predictive modeling, or machine learning.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and deep familiarity with data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow).
- Strong command of SQL and experience working with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, or AWS Redshift).
- Proven track record of deploying models into production environments (MLOps).
- Deep understanding of A/B testing frameworks, statistical inference, and experimental design.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
