Responsibilities
- Design and implement sophisticated machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from problem scoping to deployment in production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product, engineering, and design teams to integrate AI-driven features.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to uncover actionable insights for executive leadership.
- Develop scalable data pipelines and automated monitoring systems to ensure model performance.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to our internal machine learning infrastructure.
- Present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders to influence product strategy.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or statistical modeling.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL; deep knowledge of ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Solid understanding of cloud-native deployment patterns (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade machine learning models.
- Experience with Big Data technologies such as Spark, Snowflake, or Databricks.
