Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Lead cross-functional data initiatives, working closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
- Conduct deep-dive exploratory data analysis to uncover actionable insights and optimization opportunities.
- Develop robust MLOps pipelines to ensure high availability and performance of production models.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and peer review.
- Collaborate with product teams to define data requirements and success metrics for new features.
- Present data-driven strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of industry experience applying machine learning algorithms to real-world datasets.
- Expertise in Python, R, and advanced SQL querying.
- Proficiency in deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Hands-on experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong proficiency in statistical modeling, experimental design, and A/B testing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
