Responsibilities
- Design and implement machine learning models to predict user behavior and optimize product features
- Analyze terabyte-scale datasets using SQL, Python, and distributed computing frameworks
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations for executive stakeholders using Tableau and Power BI
- Lead A/B testing frameworks to validate hypotheses and drive product decisions
- Develop real-time data pipelines using Kafka and Spark Streaming
- Present findings to C-level executives and translate complex analytics into actionable strategies
- Mentor junior data scientists and establish best practices for model validation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in applied data science or analytics roles
- Expert proficiency in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow) and SQL
- Strong statistical modeling background with experimental design expertise
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and big data technologies
- Proven track record of translating data insights into business impact
- Excellent communication skills with executive presentation experience
- Portfolio demonstrating complex data science projects
