Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Perform rigorous exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to integrate data solutions into production environments.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to executive stakeholders through clear, compelling visualizations and reports.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, NLP, and deep learning to drive innovation within the team.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical experiments to validate model performance and business hypotheses.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or a similar analytical role.
- Expert proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and SQL.
- Strong foundation in statistical modeling, probability theory, and machine learning algorithms.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and big data technologies (Spark, Kafka).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
