Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines for predictive analytics and NLP applications
- Lead A/B testing frameworks for product optimization and customer behavior analysis
- Translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions using Python, R, and SQL
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations and storytelling
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to our internal knowledge base
- Stay current with ML research publications and implement novel techniques
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models at scale using cloud technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in production-level data science projects
- Expert proficiency in Python (scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch) and SQL
- Proven track record of building ML models with measurable business impact
- Strong statistical knowledge and experimental design skills
