Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning models to improve core product performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to identify high-value business opportunities.
- Perform deep-dive analysis on complex datasets to uncover actionable insights.
- Develop robust evaluation metrics and automated monitoring systems for production models.
- Mentor junior data scientists and champion best practices in code quality and model reproducibility.
- Present technical findings to stakeholders to influence executive-level product roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in predictive modeling, machine learning, or statistical analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Python, R, and SQL; experience with Spark or similar big-data frameworks.
- Proven expertise in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow or PyTorch) and cloud environments (AWS/GCP).
- Strong understanding of experimental design, A/B testing methodologies, and causal inference.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex data into clear business narratives.
