Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable ML pipelines for predictive analytics and NLP applications
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into data solutions
- Lead A/B testing frameworks and causal inference studies for product optimization
- Develop real-time data processing systems using Spark and cloud architectures
- Create executive-level visualizations and reports using Tableau and D3.js
- Mentor junior data scientists and foster cross-functional innovation
- Research emerging ML techniques and publish findings at industry conferences
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years building production ML systems with proven business impact
- Expertise in Python/R, SQL, and distributed computing frameworks
- Strong portfolio with 3+ deployed ML solutions in healthcare or fintech
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and MLOps tools
- Advanced knowledge of statistical modeling and experimental design
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
