Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and statistical algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to define data requirements and interpret analytical results.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies within large datasets.
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Communicate complex findings and model performance to non-technical stakeholders through compelling visualizations and reports.
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, research papers, and technologies in the field of Data Science and AI.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in data science, machine learning, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, with deep knowledge of libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
- Expertise in SQL and experience working with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop, or cloud data warehouses).
- Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is highly desirable.
