Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy machine learning models for predictive analytics and business optimization
- Design and implement data pipelines using Python, SQL, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure)
- Translate business requirements into data-driven solutions through rigorous experimentation
- Communicate complex findings to stakeholders through visualizations and executive presentations
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to our data science framework evolution
- Ensure ethical AI practices and model governance across all projects
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in applied data science with production ML deployment
- Expertise in Python (scikit-learn, TensorFlow) and SQL with database optimization
- Strong statistical foundation with experimental design and causal inference knowledge
- Proven track record of translating business problems into data solutions
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML) and MLOps tools
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
