Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced ML models to solve complex business problems
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from ideation to production deployment
- Develop robust ETL pipelines for processing terabytes of structured/unstructured data
- Create compelling data visualizations and executive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Conduct A/B tests and statistical analyses to optimize product features
- Mentor junior data scientists and foster collaborative innovation
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in applied data science and ML
- Expert proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful model deployments
- Deep understanding of statistical modeling techniques (regression, time series)
- Experience with distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Hadoop)
- Excellent communication skills translating technical concepts to stakeholders
