Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines for predictive modeling and NLP applications
- Translate business challenges into data-driven solutions using Python, SQL, and cloud platforms
- Lead A/B testing frameworks and statistical analyses to optimize product features
- Mentor junior scientists and present findings to C-level executives and technical stakeholders
- Develop scalable data infrastructure on AWS/GCP with emphasis on automation and MLOps
- Research novel algorithms and publish findings in industry-leading conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in production-level ML systems and statistical modeling
- Expertise in Python (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and SQL with large datasets
- Strong foundation in Bayesian statistics, experimental design, and causal inference
- Proven track record deploying ML solutions in cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure)
