Responsibilities
- Design and implement machine learning models for predictive analytics and classification tasks
- Develop A/B testing frameworks to optimize product features and marketing strategies
- Create data visualizations and dashboards using Python (Matplotlib, Seaborn) and Tableau
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models into production environments
- Present findings to C-level executives through compelling data narratives
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from hypothesis to deployment
- Mentor junior scientists and champion ethical AI practices
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning and statistical modeling
- Expert proficiency in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow) and SQL
- Proven track record of deploying ML models at scale
- Strong communication skills translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies
- Published research or conference presentations preferred
