Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced ML algorithms for predictive analytics and NLP applications
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from hypothesis to production deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into data solutions
- Develop scalable data pipelines using cloud technologies (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Communicate complex findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations
- Mentor junior data scientists and champion best practices in model validation
- Contribute to R&D initiatives in generative AI and deep learning
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in applied data science with production ML systems
- Expert proficiency in Python, SQL, and at least one major ML framework (TensorFlow/PyTorch)
- Advanced degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or quantitative field
- Proven track record of deploying models at scale with measurable business impact
- Strong statistical modeling and experimental design skills
- Experience with cloud data platforms (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake)
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
