Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end ML pipelines for predictive modeling and optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data solutions
- Lead A/B testing frameworks and statistical analysis for product improvements
- Develop scalable data processing workflows using cloud-native technologies
- Mentor junior scientists and champion data literacy initiatives

Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years of experience in production-level ML deployment
- Expertise in Python, SQL, and distributed computing (Spark/AWS)
- Strong foundation in statistical modeling and experimental design
- Proven track record of translating data science into business impact
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) and CI/CD pipelines
