Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end ML solutions using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
- Develop statistical models for customer behavior prediction and risk assessment
- Create automated data pipelines using Airflow and Spark to process 10TB+ datasets
- Translate technical findings into actionable business recommendations for C-suite stakeholders
- Mentor junior data scientists and conduct peer code reviews
- Present findings at weekly data showcases with product and engineering leadership
- Contribute to open-source projects and publish research in top-tier journals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data science experience with production ML systems
- Expertise in Python, SQL, and distributed computing (Spark/Hadoop)
- Strong portfolio of deployed ML models with measurable business impact
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and MLOps tools
- Proven ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences
- Publication history in top-tier conferences (KDD, ICML, NeurIPS) or equivalent industry impact
