Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines for predictive analytics and automation
- Lead complex data science projects from hypothesis to deployment using Python, SQL, and cloud technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions
- Develop and maintain scalable data infrastructure ensuring quality, security, and governance
- Communicate technical findings to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and presentations
- Stay ahead of industry trends by researching emerging techniques and mentoring junior scientists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data science with proven portfolio of deployed ML models
- Expert proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong foundation in machine learning algorithms (NLP, clustering, deep learning) and statistical modeling
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
