Responsibilities
- Design and deploy sophisticated machine learning models to solve complex business challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden trends and actionable insights.
- Maintain and optimize production-grade data pipelines using cloud-based infrastructure.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to architectural design reviews.
- Present data-driven recommendations to executive leadership to influence product strategy.
- Continuously research and implement the latest advancements in AI/ML methodologies.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience building end-to-end data science models in production.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and deep knowledge of data science libraries (Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS (SageMaker), GCP, or Azure.
- Deep understanding of SQL and experience working with large-scale distributed databases (Snowflake, BigQuery, or Spark).
- Demonstrated ability to explain complex statistical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of managing projects independently in an agile environment.
