Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy end-to-end machine learning models to improve user acquisition and retention.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to identify trends and operational inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to architect robust, scalable data pipelines.
- Present technical findings and data-driven recommendations to executive leadership.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to architectural reviews.
- Continuously iterate on A/B testing frameworks to validate product experiments.
- Develop internal tools and libraries to democratize data access across the organization.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, analytics, or machine learning.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow) and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with distributed computing frameworks like Spark or Dask is a significant plus.
