Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy advanced machine learning models to solve complex business challenges.
- Translate business requirements into technical data solutions and actionable insights.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of data products, from data ingestion to model monitoring.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers to optimize data pipelines for performance and scalability.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to validate product improvements.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to a culture of technical excellence.
- Communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders through compelling data storytelling.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or quantitative research.
- Expertise in Python or R, with a strong focus on libraries like Pandas, Scikit-Learn, and TensorFlow/PyTorch.
- In-depth knowledge of SQL and experience with big data technologies (Spark, BigQuery, or Snowflake).
- Proficiency in cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience presenting complex technical concepts to leadership.
