Responsibilities
- Design and implement machine learning models for predictive analytics and automation
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business problems into data solutions
- Create robust ETL pipelines and optimize data infrastructure for scalability
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations
- Mentor junior data scientists and champion best practices in ML ethics
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to validate model performance
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data science with Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Advanced degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Expertise in supervised/unsupervised learning and NLP techniques
- Proven track record of deploying production ML systems
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow) and CI/CD pipelines
