Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy production-grade machine learning models to solve complex business challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into our core platform.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden patterns and actionable opportunities.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to establishing best practices in our MLOps pipeline.
- Design A/B experiments to measure the performance and business impact of algorithmic changes.
- Present data-driven insights and complex technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research and adapt state-of-the-art models for proprietary applications.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, predictive modeling, or machine learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of statistical modeling, probability theory, and machine learning algorithms.
- Demonstrated experience deploying models to production environments using Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business strategy.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end data science projects from problem formulation to deployment.
