Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines for predictive analytics and business optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into data-driven solutions
- Develop statistical models and algorithms to uncover hidden patterns in large-scale datasets
- Create compelling data visualizations and executive dashboards to communicate insights effectively
- Lead A/B testing frameworks and experimental design for product optimization
- Mentor junior data scientists and establish best practices for data governance
- Stay current with emerging techniques in NLP, computer vision, and deep learning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in applied data science with proven portfolio of production models
- Expertise in Python, R, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Strong foundation in statistical modeling (regression, time series, Bayesian methods)
- Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
