Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines for predictive analytics
- Translate complex business challenges into data-driven solutions using Python, R, and SQL
- Lead A/B testing frameworks and statistical modeling for product optimization
- Mentor junior scientists and present findings to executive stakeholders
- Develop scalable data processing workflows on AWS/GCP platforms
- Drive innovation through research in NLP or computer vision domains
Qualifications
- 5+ years in data science with 2+ years in leadership roles
- MSc/PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- Expert proficiency in Python (scikit-learn, TensorFlow) and SQL

- Strong statistical foundation and experimental design expertise
