Responsibilities
- Design and deploy end-to-end machine learning pipelines for predictive analytics and recommendation systems
- Lead A/B testing frameworks and statistical analysis to optimize product performance
- Develop data visualization dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement real-time data processing with Spark and Kafka
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data science projects
- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling data narratives
- Maintain robust data governance protocols and ensure ethical AI implementation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in production-level ML model deployment
- Expert proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Strong portfolio showcasing NLP, computer vision, or time-series forecasting projects
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Seldon Core)
- Deep understanding of statistical modeling and experimental design
- Certification in TensorFlow/PyTorch or equivalent deep learning framework
