Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy advanced machine learning models for predictive analytics and recommendation systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions
- Lead A/B testing frameworks and statistical analysis for product optimization
- Create automated data pipelines using cloud technologies (AWS/GCP)
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Mentor junior data scientists and foster a culture of data excellence
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years of experience in production-level ML deployment
- Expertise in Python, SQL, and distributed computing (Spark/Dask)
- Proven track record with NLP, time-series forecasting, or computer vision
- Strong foundation in experimental design and causal inference
- Experience with cloud ML platforms (SageMaker, Vertex AI, or Azure ML)
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
