Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning solutions for predictive analytics and optimization problems
- Develop statistical models for A/B testing, customer segmentation, and revenue forecasting
- Create automated data pipelines using cloud technologies (AWS/GCP) and orchestration tools
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Present findings to C-level executives through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Mentor junior data scientists and champion best practices in model validation
- Research and prototype novel algorithms to solve unstructured data challenges
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science or applied ML roles
- Expert proficiency in Python (scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch) and SQL
- Strong foundation in statistical modeling and experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and big data technologies (Spark, Redshift)
- Proven ability to translate technical insights into actionable business recommendations
