Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines for predictive analytics and forecasting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions
- Lead A/B testing frameworks and causal inference projects for product optimization
- Develop real-time dashboards using Python, R, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Mentor junior data scientists through code reviews and technical workshops
- Present findings to C-level executives using compelling data narratives
- Optimize data processing workflows on AWS/GCP platforms for 10M+ row datasets
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data science with proven track record of deploying ML models
- Expert proficiency in Python (scikit-learn, TensorFlow) and SQL
- Strong statistical foundation with experimental design expertise
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS SageMaker, GCP AI Platform)
- Portfolio demonstrating complex data science projects with measurable business impact
- Excellent communication skills translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Published research or conference presentations in data science preferred
