Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to integrate data-driven insights into core product features.
- Conduct deep-dive exploratory data analysis to identify hidden trends and growth opportunities.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the refinement of our internal data science best practices.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders through compelling data storytelling and visualization.
- Architect and maintain robust data pipelines to ensure high-quality, real-time data accessibility.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research to integrate cutting-edge algorithms into our production environment.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, with a proven track record of shipping production-level models.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with R is a significant plus.
- Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
- Strong background in statistical modeling, experimental design (A/B testing), and causal inference.
- Demonstrated experience with big data technologies like Spark, Databricks, or Snowflake.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to executive leadership.
