Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy advanced machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to integrate data science solutions into production.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to establishing best practices for model development and MLOps.
- Communicate findings and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders through compelling data storytelling.
- Monitor model performance and implement retraining pipelines to ensure accuracy over time.
- Contribute to the research and development of proprietary algorithms for our core SaaS platform.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, predictive modeling, or machine learning.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL; familiarity with R is a plus.
- Strong experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-Learn.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools like Docker/Kubernetes.
- Solid understanding of distributed computing (Spark, Dask, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
