Responsibilities
- Design and deploy sophisticated machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from hypothesis generation to production implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to integrate AI/ML features.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden trends and performance optimizations.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the growth of our technical internal culture.
- Communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders through data storytelling.
- Optimize existing algorithms for scalability and improved latency in real-time systems.
Qualifications
- M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics.
- Fluency in Python, R, and advanced SQL for complex data manipulation.
- Proven expertise in deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Experience with cloud-based data environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of experimental design, A/B testing, and statistical inference.
- Experience with MLOps best practices and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
