Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy production-grade machine learning models to solve complex business challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate unstructured data into actionable strategic insights.
- Lead end-to-end data pipelines, from initial collection and cleaning to feature engineering and model evaluation.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to establishing best practices in code quality and experimentation.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden patterns and identify growth opportunities.
- Communicate technical findings to stakeholders through high-impact visualizations and executive reporting.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or statistical modeling.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Solid foundation in statistical methods, probability, and experimental design.
- Demonstrated experience deploying models into production environments using MLOps workflows.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences.
