Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy machine learning models for real-time predictive analytics
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from hypothesis to production
- Collaborate with engineers to optimize data pipelines and cloud infrastructure
- Translate complex findings into actionable business strategies for C-suite stakeholders
- Mentor junior scientists and champion ethical AI practices
- Drive innovation through research on emerging NLP and computer vision techniques
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Statistics, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years of experience in applied data science at scale
- Expertise in Python, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks
- Proven track record of publishing in peer-reviewed journals or conferences
- Strong background in statistical modeling and experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and MLOps tools
- Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
