Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy scalable machine learning models to improve prediction accuracy and system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to define key performance metrics.
- Conduct deep-dive exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden trends and business opportunities.
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to validate product iterations.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to our internal ML best practices and architecture.
- Communicate complex data-driven insights to executive stakeholders to influence high-level strategy.
- Maintain data pipelines and ensure the integrity and quality of our data infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, with a proven track record of deploying models to production.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with R is a plus.
- Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn).
- Proficiency in cloud computing platforms, preferably AWS or GCP.
- Strong grasp of statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and causal inference.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical findings into business strategy.
