Responsibilities
- Design and deploy sophisticated machine learning models to solve complex business challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to integrate data-driven insights into core products.
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines using cloud-based infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analyses to uncover hidden patterns and provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
- Develop automated dashboards and reporting frameworks for real-time monitoring of KPIs.
- Mentor junior data scientists through code reviews and technical knowledge sharing sessions.
- Continuously research emerging trends in AI/ML to maintain our competitive technological edge.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics.
- Advanced proficiency in Python, R, and SQL; strong command of data manipulation libraries (Pandas, NumPy).
- Extensive experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn.
- Proven track record of deploying models into production environments (MLOps).
- Deep understanding of statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical business strategies.
