Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy advanced machine learning models to solve complex business challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and translate data-driven insights into actionable product features.
- Design and implement rigorous A/B testing frameworks to optimize conversion and user engagement.
- Conduct deep-dive exploratory data analysis on large, unstructured datasets to uncover hidden patterns.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to technical excellence through code reviews and documentation.
- Automate data pipelines and improve the efficiency of our predictive modeling infrastructure.
- Present complex technical findings to executive stakeholders using compelling data visualizations.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data science, predictive modeling, or machine learning engineering.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python or R and SQL.
- Deep understanding of machine learning libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Proven ability to work with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure (BigQuery/Redshift experience preferred).
- Strong familiarity with statistical modeling, experimental design, and causal inference.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical partners.
