As a key member of our data division, you will bridge the gap between raw data and actionable intelligence, working with cutting-edge infrastructure in a highly collaborative, high-impact environment.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy sophisticated machine learning models to solve high-impact business problems.
- Lead end-to-end data pipelines, from ingestion and cleaning to model productionization.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Conduct deep-dive exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden revenue opportunities.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and peer review.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to optimize model performance and latency.
- Present complex data findings to executive leadership to drive strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, with a proven track record of deploying models in production.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL; familiarity with R is a plus.
- Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-Learn.
- Hands-on experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong knowledge of MLOps best practices and CI/CD pipelines for model deployment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
