Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex scientific problems.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and statistical modeling to extract actionable insights from massive datasets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, and domain scientists to define technical requirements.
- Optimize existing data pipelines and infrastructure for improved performance, accuracy, and scalability.
- Communicate complex technical findings and model performance metrics to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in deep learning, NLP, and statistical research methodologies.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or AI research.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala.
- Extensive experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
- Deep understanding of statistical analysis, data mining, and feature engineering best practices.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end data science projects from conception through to production deployment.
