Responsibilities

- Partner with product teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven feature enhancements.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden trends and actionable market insights.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and peer review.
- Collaborate with engineering leads to optimize infrastructure for large-scale data processing.
- Communicate findings through high-impact visualizations and executive presentations.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or statistical modeling.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with R is a plus.
- Deep understanding of modern ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-Learn.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong background in statistical inference, experimental design, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a track record of cross-functional leadership.
