Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy advanced machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Translate business objectives into analytical frameworks and clear, actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to integrate models into production systems.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis on massive, unstructured datasets.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the technical growth of the department.
- Communicate findings through intuitive data visualizations and high-level stakeholder presentations.
- Establish best practices for data science methodology, A/B testing, and model validation.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or statistical modeling.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with R or Scala is a plus.
- Strong command of deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Proven ability to architect end-to-end data pipelines and model deployment strategies (MLOps).
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
